    I got tired of wearing my other long sleeve hiking shirts on hot days (long sleeve for sun protection) because they were hot and I would end up rolling up my sleeves anyways. Also, once the shirt got wet from sweat, it would stay wet for the entire hike. Because of the polyester material (no cotton feel at all), the shirt feels cooler than my other shirts, and more important, when I stop sweating in flat areas, the shirt dries quickly during the hike so I don't feel wet all the time. I worried the shirt would stick to my skin and feel funny because of the polyester, but because it's not body hugging and a little looser, it doesn't feel like it's sticking to me.

    This shirt is very comfortable and extremely lightweight. I wore it hiking and loved how breathable it was, I was never hot wearing it. I've also worn it kayaking and was surprised by how quickly it dried when it got wet. The only bad thing is the fit. It has a "relaxed athletic fit," but feels a little too loose and isn't very flattering on a female's body.
