    The Burley bicycle trailers are great products, sturdy, durable, and versative, either in the trailer configuration or the jogging stroller configuration. As a regular day-to-day stroller, the product is not ideal. It is too bulky to push through a store with narrow aisles, and not as easy to set up and store in a car truck as a regular stroller or umbrella stroller. For the bicycle trailer and jogging stroller, though, it's great. As a jogging stroller, it is nearly effortless to push, and as long as you install the front wheel correctly, it tracks true. However, woe to the customer who actually needs some customer service from Burley. First of all, try finding a telephone number on their website - there isn't one. Email? They never answer it. So, you have to blindly order the part you think you need from their website and hope it has all the pieces you need. I bought my Burley from an REI [...]sale, so it came without the tongue or hitch. I ordered what I thought was a complete kit for attaching it to the bike, but when I got it, it was just the tongue (long metal bar running from stroller to hitch. So I bought a hitch kit. I found, though, between ordering these two kits, I still don't have everything I need - there is a little black plastic flex connector that attaches the tongue to the hitch - not included when you buy the tongue, not included when you buy the hitch kit. This essential, small, and very commonplace item is listed as "out of stock" on Burley's website.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    We don't have this particular model, we bought the previous model and just love it. Our son loves going for rides in it and he's only 18 months old. When he sees it he just wants to crawl into it.

    Simply put - a great buy; even better when on sale.
