Comments about Julbo Explorer Glacier Sunglasses:
I purchased these glasses for climbing the Emmons Glacier route of Mt Rainier. During the trip, one of the temple covers fell off, so that offers up the only negative comment on these otherwise excellent glasses. Even without the temple cover, the eye coverage is so good that it still keeps glacier glare from reaching your eyes. I like the fact that you can bend them around your ear, as well as tighten the built in strap to keep them from falling off. Very light weight and the lenses offer a very crisp view. All in all, these are the best pair of glasses I've ever worn for harsh conditions. They will be on my gear list for our McKinley climb.

Comments about Julbo Explorer Glacier Sunglasses:
I loved these glassed but the temple pieces were NEON green. I use glacier glasses for a lot of things and just could take the neon - otherwise? They perform great, look great and fit well.
The pic on REI is not what I got in the mail where the temple pieces are black - ask first.
