Comments about Therm-a-Rest Trail Lite Sleeping Pad - Regular:
Great pad, has been backpacking with me in the dax in the frozen winters and has been over to france for three weeks on a bike trip. I have the trekker lounge on it, i highly recommend it because it does not add much weight but adds so much comfort. i always stuff my clothes under the pillow and it makes such a great pillow. Great pad.

Comments about Therm-a-Rest Trail Lite Sleeping Pad - Regular:
Great sleeping pad for the price. I looked at most of Thermarest's pads and this one seemed the most economical. Not very heavy, I believe they have one lighter pad, and it is just as thick if not thicker than most of their other pads. I was surprised to see that it is also one of their cheaper models. Have used it for winter camping and it works great. The insulation does help to hold heat, but don't count on it for anything super significant. I use it for the primarily for the cushioning. Also make sure your on level ground, or you will slide off while in your sleeping bag.

Comments about Therm-a-Rest Trail Lite Sleeping Pad - Regular:
The first time I used this pad was on a church trip to Mexico. We camped for a week on some of the worst ground I've ever tried to sleep on. I also brought a coleman cot that I've used before and loved, but I never even took it out of its cover! After working on the house we were building all day, this pad felt wonderful, and stayed that way for the entire week! The only annoying part is the tendency to slip around if the ground isn't perfectly level, but its really not that big of a deal.

Comments about Therm-a-Rest Trail Lite Sleeping Pad - Regular:
I wanted a good sleeping pad but I didn't want to cough up the money for a ProLite. This one turned out the be nice and comfy for two years. I even used to throw it on the living room floor and fall asleep on it while watching tv. It does slip around a bit under my bag, but I'm not losing sleep over it. It's a little bit bulky and mine did eventually get a hole in it which I can't locate. I like this pad, but next time I think I'll get a ProLite small to cut bulk and because it has a textured, more durable bottom side.

Very comfortable. Easy to use and pack. I had to sleep on small rocks and couldnt feel them through the pad. Only drawback is when sleeping at an angle the sleeping bag will slide off!

Not quite as small as it could be, but it works well. Hasn't punctured yet...

Really comfortable pad and has so far kept me warm. My bag really slipped around on it when the ground wasn't flat even with straps. Kind of annoying.

Comments about Therm-a-Rest Trail Lite Sleeping Pad - Regular:
Mine has never seemed to fully self-inflate. Needs a little huffing and puffing for maximum comfort. It's lightweight but doesn't roll up small. It's not huge, but bulkier than you'd expect. A little slippery if your campsite isn't perfectly flat.
