      Great bag! Went on a weeklong canoe/hiking/camping trip to the Buffalo River and it performed admirably. I used it to store my clothing while at camp and valuables while canoeing. We actually dumped the canoe while going through one rough area of the river and everything stayed dry in the bag.

        I needed something to use as a lightweight carry on that I could transfer into my pack when I reach my destination [2.5 days of airports each way]. It's perfect. I put two tshirts, two pair of hiking pants, two pair of socks & undergarments with enough room for [small]toiletries wrapped up in the middle![Think comfortable minimalist] That combo made the perfect pillow- exterior is soft and the straps don't really bother you at all. It has a carry handle but no carrying strap which I added to mine so I could throw it over my shoulder. So, it's an organizer and compactor in your pack, a carry-on on the plane [it looks cool too], and a pillow at night. It's cool, dude.

          I've been doing a ton of solo sea kayaking, and I bought one of these as a dry stuff sack for my Marmot Helium EQ. Not only does it give me added waterproof protection for my sleeping bag, but it also let's me crunch my bag down to a ridiculously small size. When loading a kayak for multi-day touring, both of these are essential. So, if you're looking for a great stuff sack that'll minimize the size of your sleeping bag and give you a layer of waterproof protection too, get one of these!
