    As a Chriopractic student, helping people with posture and back pain is life. I've recently helped several classmates see the light by getting a few these for our long classes. This little beauty is perfect for long trips in any setting, except upright cycling, and rolls down to the size of a burrito...mmmmmmm. You can also customize the size by adding or releasing the amount of air in the chamber.

      I travel a lot, both by car and airplane and wouldn't be without my Thremarest Lumbar Pillow. It supports my back better than anything else I have used and takes up minimal space in my luggage.
      I can also use it to support my head and neck when lying down.
      It really helped my pregnant daughter's back, both as a passenger and driving in the car and now we support her new baby's head on it when holding him on our lap. Her older children can hold him in comfort and safety.
      It is great as an easily portable cushion at sporting events or similar occasions - anywhere I have to sit down.
      I have bought one for each of our daughters and intend to buy one for my husband and a friend who has back trouble.
      My Thermarest Lumbar Pillow is a friend that virtually goes wherever I go.
