    I saw these in the REI catalog and I thought they would be perfect for securing the contents of my panniers while I parked my bike.

    Well I could not have been any more right.
    Not only do I use them to secure the panniers, but in the way that the product wraps around things it secures the rear wheel and my Brooks saddle.

    Great multi use and value for this innovative product.
