Comments about Brunton Can Stand:
This is a great little can stand. Combine it with an MSR fuel canister and things are much better. I use mine with a Pocket Rocket and it makes it far more stable.

Comments about Brunton Can Stand:
I bought this item for use with the snow peak canisters and it DOES NOT fit the small (110 gram) canisters. I haven't tried it on the larger snow peak canisters or other manufacturers....but I really wanted it for the smaller snow peak cans. Anyway, I guess I'll try the primus or look elsewhere, but this one has definitely been disappointing.

Comments about Brunton Can Stand:
Works well I guess, but isn't really needed if you use the large can of gas. Probably much more worth it if you use a small can. It's barely wider than a large can. My dad has a snow peak and he uses a small gas can and doesn't bother asking me to borrow this so I would say it's all around not very necessary. [...]

Comments about Brunton Can Stand:
Bought this product after doing some research on stoves and different setups. It seemedd like all canister stoves had an issue with support on uneven ground so I wanted to add a support to help with that. I went with a Snow Peak-Giga Power stove and had read that this support would not work with the fuel canister. That is only half true. It will not work with the 110gm canister that is similar to a Jetboil in size. However, it fits perfectly onto the 250gm canister, same as the MSR, Brunton, and Primus. It works great!

Comments about Brunton Can Stand:
I use this can stand all the time. It's easier for me to level my stove on just the three grippy points of the can stand than to have to find a nearly perfectly flat surface for the bottom of the canister to settle without a stand. My canister stove makes for a particularly tall/top-heavy setup (MSR Reactor). And although I do use the large fuel canisters, the extra peace of mind/stability gained by my using this stand...I find priceless. A rebuttal to other negative comments about Snowpeak canisters...Snowpeak is the one making irregular sized canisters, and you can never expect two competing companies to make compatible products.

Comments about Brunton Can Stand:
When I purchased the Snow Peak GIGA Power canister at the same time I wish [...], had mentioned the fact that this item did not fit my purchase. The site states "no" but the PACKAGING does not. Because of this and only fact I purchased a lantern made by Primus instead of Brunton. First time shame on you, second time shame on me... NOT GONNA GET ME AGAIN BRUNTON!
