Comments about BlueWater Accelerator 10.5mm x 60m Dry Rope - Special Buy:
The BlueWater Accelerator uniquely balances a soft catch with minimal static elongation, making it a great all-around rope. You can find softer ropes and less stretchy ropes, but you will not find a better-balanced rope that this. It also offers great handling, particularly for those who prefer a slightly soft sheath. (If you want similar characteristics in a super-stiff sheath, check out the Petzl lineup.)

Comments about BlueWater Accelerator 10.5mm x 60m Dry Rope - Special Buy:
Great rope at a great price! I couldn't pass up on the savings. I have used this rope on single pitch sport climbs as well as multi pitch trad routes. A bit heavy for alpine mountaineering though...it is a sport rope. However, I wouldn't hesitate to use it in the mountains. The dry treatment makes it worth every penny.

Comments about BlueWater Accelerator 10.5mm x 60m Dry Rope - Special Buy:
I have been loyal to mammut ropes for many years, but decided to give this rope a try because of the price value. To my very pleasent surprize, the rope has the perfect flex and handeling and, best of all, it has Never pig tailed on me! (which is something I can't say about any mammut, petzel, or eidelwiess rope i've owned) I've used it for three months now. I couldn't be happier with a 300 dollar rope.

Comments about BlueWater Accelerator 10.5mm x 60m Dry Rope - Special Buy:
GREAT rope. Have used it cragging and on alpine routes. Belays great, raps awesome, never frayed. Heavy so I have a lighter alpine rope as well, but I know that I can beat the turd out of this one for jagged alpine routes, sport climbing, ice climbing, etc. and save my thin alpine rope 5 lives (falls). This is a great rope if you only have one rope as well, or in my case, a great primiary rope when you are using your 8.9 or 9.2 or whatever for alpine. BTW, take a look at the falls rating of comparable ropes -- almost none are rated to 11, like this one.
Only gripe is that there is no center mark, but their site said (when I had checked) you can use some special marker. I did this and it looks great.

I use this rope at least once a week on multi-pitch trad routes, for top roping and sport climbing. It has nice action on a rappel. My climbing partner and I are going to buy another one, cut it in half and use it for lead climbing in the gym.

Comments about BlueWater Accelerator 10.5mm x 60m Dry Rope - Special Buy:
I have been using it for about a month now. I uncoiled it immediately upon unpacking it and worked the twist out so that when flaked it unfurls easily and cleanly. Now it doesn't have any tendency to tangle or twist.. It's been a long time since I replaced my last rope, but this one seems to be have more elongation - a soft ride. It doesn't have a middle marker so I'll probably add one with Sharpie. A good value.
Service and delivery comments:
Arrived in good shape and on time - to my local store.

Comments about BlueWater Accelerator 10.5mm x 60m Dry Rope - Special Buy:
I try to climb at least once a week if possible. Trading off between my buddies rope and mine. I've not been impressed with mine as it has met an untimely death. I am very careful with my rope, yet it seemed to start fraying almost immediately. While repelling from a 3 pitch route I found it wasn't actually 60meters. It came up about 40 feet short. What a way to find out. It had probably been on 2 dozen climbs and it began to tear. Never again, never again.
